Now Hiring: Room Attendant / Hotel Housekeeper

The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team. This is a physically active role that plays a critical part in delivering a clean, comfortable guest experience.

No prior hotel experience? No problem—paid training is provided.

Schedule & Availability Requirements:

  • Weekend and holiday availability required

(Note: Availability does not guarantee you will be scheduled every weekend/holiday)

  • Shift start time: 9:00 AM
  • End time varies based on business levels and work efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities
  • Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage organization
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures
