• Handle floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality.
• Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks ensures efficiency in daily duties.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest service through attention to detail.
• Experience managing or supervising housekeeping teams is a plus for those interested in housekeeper management roles.
