Room Attendant –

We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable Room Attendant who can clean rooms to inspection-ready standards. This role is critical in ensuring all rooms meet brand expectations and pass quality audits.

Position Overview
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to BRAND standards, ensuring every room is fully stocked, clean, and ready for guest arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to inspection-ready condition (bathroom, kitchen, living areas)
• Make beds properly and replace all linens to standard
• Ensure all required items are present, clean, and correctly placed
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies according to brand standards
• Identify and report missing items, damages, or maintenance issues
• Follow room checklists to ensure consistency and compliance
• Maintain cleanliness of carts and assigned areas
• Complete rooms within required time standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (must pass room inspections)
• Time management (able to stay on pace and complete assigned rooms)
• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance required
• Ability to follow checklists and instructions exactly

Work Requirements

• Physical role: standing, bending, lifting, pushing carts, walking entire shift
• Ability to meet daily room quotas and inspection standards
