What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant, you play a critical role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to IHG brand standards
• Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
• Dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces and fixtures
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
• Ensuring carts are stocked and organized at all times
• Respecting guest privacy and adhering to all hotel policies
• Supporting team members to maintain efficient daily operations

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and uphold IHG standards
