Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. The Room Attendant will work closely with the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
• Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
• Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
