Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
