We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Retail Marketing Specialist to help execute impactful retail marketing campaigns and drive brand visibility.
Job Description
- Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets and calendars.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, in-store, print and PR channels.
- Plan and oversee in-store events, product launches, and corporate/brand activities.
- Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Conduct market research and leverage customer insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with retail exposure
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Proactive, creative, and results-driven problem solver
- Expertise in brand management, budgeting, and campaign execution
