URGENT HIRING – IMMEDIATE JOINER ONLY

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and energetic Female Hostess to join our casual dining restaurant. This role requires someone flexible and hands-on, as the candidate will also support the service team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Ensure smooth table rotation and coordinate with the service team
• Assist as a waitress when required (taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables)
• Support basic back-of-house coordination to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• Ability to handle both hosting and floor service duties
• Strong communication skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Energetic, flexible, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays
