Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising staff performance to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policy.
  • Ensure proper food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Support inventory control and stock management.
  • Assist in staff training and onboarding new employees.
  • Prepare daily reports and update management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
  • Support achieving sales targets and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting.
