Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising staff performance to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policy.
- Ensure proper food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Support inventory control and stock management.
- Assist in staff training and onboarding new employees.
- Prepare daily reports and update management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
- Support achieving sales targets and cost control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting.
