Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain high-quality guest experience
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the dining area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role (French Bakery and all day breakfast).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
