Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive and service focused Restaurant Servers to join our food and beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

The Restaurant Server plays an important role in the guest experience by combining hospitality, menu knowledge, and efficient service in a full-service hotel environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout the dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly according to hotel service standards
  • Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, and beverage options
  • Monitor tables and respond quickly to guest requests, refills, and additional needs
  • Process guest payments accurately and follow all cash handling and check settlement procedures
  • Assist with opening side work, closing side work, and station setup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and work areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to support smooth service
  • Uphold hotel and brand standards for hospitality, appearance, and professionalism
