About the Role:

JRM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front of the house and back of the house teams. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business performance while maintaining the warm and welcoming Vibe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the café (staffing, scheduling, inventory, cleanliness)
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales and expenses; implement strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Requirements:

  • experience in a café or restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
  • Familiar with POS systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • Energetic, hands-on, and passionate about customer service
