Restaurant Manager

Full job description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations while driving financial performance and guest satisfaction. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, service quality, and operational standards, with full accountability for profit and loss (P&L) management, cost control, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high performance and excellent service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and support employee growth and professional development.
  • Take full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales, revenue trends, and operating expenses
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets
  • Review financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly
  • Monitor stock ordering, inventory counts, and stock levels while controlling costs
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Qualifications:

  • At least 4-5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • With UAE driving license
  • Willing to manage restaurants in Al ain and Abu Dhabi
