We are a well-established restaurant located in Al Qusais, Dubai, known for our quality food, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our team to continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage cost control.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist in budgeting and planning.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within the UAE (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
