Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive both dine-in and delivery performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational insight, and an eye for excellence in both service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH coordination.
- Achieve monthly sales, cost, and profitability targets.
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and brand standards across the outlet.
- Train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Review POS, aggregator, and inventory reports to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement daily and weekly operational checklists.
- Lead by example in maintaining discipline, grooming, and brand culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Supervisor in a multi-outlet or casual dining environment (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Excellent understanding of POS systems, delivery aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, etc.), and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and municipality regulations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
