We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our new branch in Hatta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Control food costs, expenses, and wastage.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Monitor sales and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage restaurant operations independently.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
