Restaurant Manager

Full job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple restaurant outlets and the daily operations of food and beverage operations at the Lightwell Hotel + Spa in Hood River, OR. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for operating restaurants, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of restaurant management, as well as the ability to build diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including people, inventory, and customer service
Hire, train, and schedule team members to ensure optimal performance
Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Understand waste control measures and systems to keep costs under control
Respond to guest questions and feedback
Collaborate with Hotel and Spa managers to ensure that we consistently meet guest expectations
Cross-train team across outlets and within the hotel for scheduling efficiency
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Qualifications:
2 – 5 Years of previous experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
Excellent problem-solving abilities
OLCC License and Food Handlers
