Role Purpose

To manage guest flow, seating arrangements, and room-charge control while ensuring a warm first impression, especially during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests professionally
• Manage reservations and guest flow
• Control and verify room charges
• Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries politely and efficiently

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality or F&B service
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
• Well-groomed and customer-focused

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
