Job Title: Catering Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional, and results-driven Catering Manager to manage catering operations, secure new clients, increase sales, and ensure successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all catering operations and events.
• Develop strategies to increase catering sales and revenue.
• Actively search for new clients, corporate contracts, and catering opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and event organizers.
• Prepare catering proposals, quotations, and customized packages.
• Negotiate contracts and close catering deals.
• Coordinate catering staff, equipment, transportation, and event logistics.
• Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor catering expenses, profitability, and operational costs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Prepare weekly sales and performance reports.
• Report directly to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering management.
• Proven track record in catering sales and business development.
• Strong connections with corporate clients and event organizers in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple catering events.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• UAE catering industry experience is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
