Job Description:

MIM Catering is looking for a professional, elegant, confident, and well-presented Hostess to join our catering and events team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences at private events, corporate functions, and luxury catering occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests professionally with a warm smile and positive attitude.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service throughout events.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and event directions.
• Manage guest lists, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Ensure all guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and well attended to.
• Coordinate with the catering and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Assist with event preparations and guest arrangements when required.
• Represent MIM Catering professionally at all events.
• Maintain excellent communication with guests and management.
• Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected situations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Executive is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.
• Friendly, confident, polite, and welcoming personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and guest service standards.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand instructions quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in luxury events, hotels, or high-end catering is an advantage.
