Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities: – Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations – Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers – Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to maintain optimal staffing levels – Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed – Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability – Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety – Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner – Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training opportunities – Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations – Implement and enforce health and safety regulations Requirements: – Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role – Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, food service management, hospitality industry standards, and shift management – Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally – Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen management – Ability to interview, hire, train, and motivate staff members – Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about the restaurant industry, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
