We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Restaurant Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that dining areas, kitchens, washrooms, and other restaurant facilities remain clean, organized, and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, floors, and restaurant furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and designated cleaning areas.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms regularly, ensuring proper hygiene standards.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors as required.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and food waste following proper waste management procedures.
• Clean windows, glass doors, countertops, and other surfaces.
• Refill washroom supplies, including tissue paper, soap, and sanitizers.
• Support restaurant staff in maintaining cleanliness during busy operating hours.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in accordance with restaurant standards and applicable Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning activities as scheduled by restaurant management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeping attendant, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B establishment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
