One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Busser to join the team!

Job Summary:

Bussers will be responsible for delivering a luxury guest dining experience by ensuring the dining room and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.

Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: base rate per hour plus tip pool
  • The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full and part-time positions available: May 15 through October 31
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts are available
  • Weekends and some holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and dining areas
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering food, or running dishes as needed
• Stock service stations with plates, glassware, utensils, and napkins
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Previous hospitality experience, customer service or restaurant environments is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Must work well as part of a team.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, or supplies (up to 40 lbs.)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
