Duties

• Safely operate various types of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and other company vehicles for personal or business transportation needs
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures while considering traffic conditions and client preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle, including regular checks on mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any special requests or needs
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip
• Keep detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues early and coordinate repairs as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver with a strong safety record
• Familiarity with limousine services, bus driving, school bus operations, or box truck deliveries is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
• Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations applicable to various vehicle types
• Ability to plan routes efficiently using GPS or mapping tools
• Physical ability to assist with luggage or cargo as required
