Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Resort Attendant to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-monitored environment for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, responsible, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a relaxed resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the property to ensure everything remains orderly, secure, and running smo
  • Serve as a point of contact for guests arriving after regular check-in hours
  • Greet late check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with their room keys and basic information
  • Keep an eye on resort facilities and report any issues, disturbances, or maintenance needs
  • Assist guests with simple requests or direct them to appropriate resources when needed
  • Maintain a calm and helpful presence to ensure a positive guest experience during your shift

Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and awareness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay alert during quieter hours
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Dependable and punctual
