Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Resort Attendant to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-monitored environment for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, responsible, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a relaxed resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the property to ensure everything remains orderly, secure, and running smo
- Serve as a point of contact for guests arriving after regular check-in hours
- Greet late check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with their room keys and basic information
- Keep an eye on resort facilities and report any issues, disturbances, or maintenance needs
- Assist guests with simple requests or direct them to appropriate resources when needed
- Maintain a calm and helpful presence to ensure a positive guest experience during your shift
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of responsibility and awareness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during quieter hours
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Dependable and punctual
