We are seeking experienced Resident Care Assistants to join our team, who’ll enjoy giving back to our residents the same joy, smiles, laughter, and friendship they provide us.

Duties, not limed to the following…

Provide personal cares and/or assistance to residents for activities of daily living.

Helping to maintain the comfort, privacy and dignity of each resident by providing health care support and assistance such as bathing and dressing.

Updating nurses with both physical and social observations.

Escorting residents to the beauty shop, wellness activities, arts/craft activities as well as other fun and engaging social events.

Supporting and encouraging other team members.

• Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to converse and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Six or more months’ work experience with seniors, preferred.

Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Must have dependable transportation.

Desired Qualifications:
At least 1 year of progressively responsible leadership work experience in the long-term care industry or related field.
Active CPR and First Aid Certification
Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
