  • Confident telephone manner and email correspondence
  • Motivation to reach targets
  • Excitement to learn and continue to improve, with advancement opportunities available
  • Great computer system understanding, able to learn new computer programs efficiently (Maestro PMS experience is an asset, as well as tour operator and extranet systems)
  • Reliable for scheduling
  • Fluent English speaking and writing (additional languages are an asset)
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations is not required, although an asset.
