Job Summary and Qualifications
- Contact and schedule applicants for interviews for assigned regions and locations for high volume recruiting accounts.
- Assist in drafting correspondence and meeting agendas and managing interview calendars.
- Develop schedules for various projects and ensure timely completion
- Answer phone system and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinate with recruiters, project managers, operations managers to gather recruitment request requirements
- Prepare and maintain schedules while utilizing time wisely while still allocating enough time necessary to correctly allocate recruitment resources.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work with stakeholders to resolve them
- Communicate project schedules and updates to team members and stakeholders
- Provide regular reports on recruiting progress and schedule performance
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deadlines
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and tools
Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED, some college helpful but not required.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 1-2 years of high volume recruiting experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people.
- Position requires great attention to detail, time management skills, calm demeanor while multitasking in a busy environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience: At least 2 yrs. experience in Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, and internet browsers. ATS Tracking Systems or other HRIS system experience a plus.
- Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to sit at a desk in front of a computer and keyboard for eight hours at a time.
