Summer is upon us and Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis resort is hiring a Recreation Assistant! HHIB&T has the biggest pool ocean front on Hilton Head Island and has tennis and pickleball courts as well. We are looking for someone to support our guest activities and events program.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recreational activities and resort events
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support
• Prepare and organize activity materials and supplies
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere
• Follow direction from supervisors and ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or experience in event planning, recreation, or hospitality (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a team environment
• Reliable and able to follow instructions

Schedule Requirements:

• Flexible availability required
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

• On-site role at a busy beachfront resort
• Active position requiring standing, walking, and light lifting
