Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recovery Executive to manage debt recovery and collections activities. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in collections and recovery, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring timely payment recovery. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and a valid UAE Driving License is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through calls, emails, and site visits.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements with customers.
• Monitor and maintain collection records and recovery status reports.
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Conduct field visits to customers when required for collection and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding disputed accounts and payment resolutions.
• Prepare collection reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations related to debt collection.
• Escalate complex recovery cases to management and legal teams when necessary.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, or Credit Control within the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and effectively.
• Good knowledge of collection procedures and recovery practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
