We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests and visitors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
