Receptionist (Arabic & English Speaker)

Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Dubai

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, be fluent in Arabic and English, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, documents, mail, and packages.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain visitor logs and support access control procedures when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in a corporate, financial services, or trading environment is an advantage.
