Williams Business Solutions has an immediate opening for an individual to support various areas of the business. This position will support the overall office by providing high quality clerical services. This role will work closely with our staff and customers to ensure alignment of process and procedure to offer continuous process improvement. Please do not call – email only. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
– Be the secondary person that answers and directs all incoming calls within the company
– Provide general front office support in addition to supporting other departments as needed
– Greet all guests, customers, vendors and deliveries and direct them to the appropriate individual(s) within the firm
– Manage company calendar and scheduling appointments
– Maintain inventory of office supplies
– Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: faxing, scanning, mailing and filing
-Scans and Files for all client’s paperwork accordingly.
– Double Check all Scans and Files for all client’s paperwork accordingly.
– Review and prepare general correspondence using Microsoft programs
– Utilize and create Excel spreadsheets
– Light Housekeeping
– Assist with special projects as necessary
– Run errands for office and personal.
– Other duties as assigned
