Royal World Group is seeking a professional Receptionist & Project Document Controller who has experience in construction related field. The ideal candidate should possess strong follow up, well-presented, organized, and capable of handling administrative and documentation tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails
  • Manage schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mail, deliveries)
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and management

Project Document Controller Duties

  • Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and logs (shop drawings, reports, correspondence, contracts, submittals, RFIs, WIRs, etc.)
  • Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and approval workflows
  • Distribute documents to internal teams, consultants, and contractors as required
  • Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems in line with company procedures
  • Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions
  • Support project teams with document retrieval and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Document Controller, or Administrative Assistant (construction or engineering background is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document control systems is a plus
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or consultancy projects
  • Familiarity with document control procedures and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
