Royal World Group is seeking a professional Receptionist & Project Document Controller who has experience in construction related field. The ideal candidate should possess strong follow up, well-presented, organized, and capable of handling administrative and documentation tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails
- Manage schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mail, deliveries)
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
Project Document Controller Duties
- Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and logs (shop drawings, reports, correspondence, contracts, submittals, RFIs, WIRs, etc.)
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and approval workflows
- Distribute documents to internal teams, consultants, and contractors as required
- Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems in line with company procedures
- Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions
- Support project teams with document retrieval and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Document Controller, or Administrative Assistant (construction or engineering background is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document control systems is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, engineering, or consultancy projects
- Familiarity with document control procedures and standards
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
