About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience handling phone systems, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system (screen, transfer, take messages)
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally and promptly
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
  • Maintain and organize office files (both physical and digital)
  • Use office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Provide support to management and office staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) – required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk clerk, or administrative assistant – preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
