Fitness X Gym – Umm Al Quwain is looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-oriented Receptionist Cum Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Handle front-desk operations, calls, inquiries, and member requests.
• Explain gym memberships, packages, promotions, and services to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Conduct gym tours for potential members.
• Handle membership registrations, renewals, payments, and basic customer records.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing and new members.
• Support daily administrative and reception activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, retail, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Good sales and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
