Receptionist cum Administrator
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Prepare, draft, and manage business letters, emails, and other correspondence.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong letter and email drafting skills.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
