Receptionist cum Administrator

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Prepare, draft, and manage business letters, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Maintain records, files, and office documents.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong letter and email drafting skills.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
