Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain patient records and documentation.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth front-desk operations and a professional environment.
  • Support billing and insurance-related administrative tasks as required.
