Full job description

Medical receptionist/ Call center agent will be responsible in performing customer service office functions.

Books appointments and transfers calls or delivers complete messages to the appropriate individual.

Greets the patients, registers and ensures that patient registration sheet is filled out appropriately.

Facilitates patient satisfaction and promotes customer service skills.

Performs other related work as required; preparing daily sales report and organizes the bills and payments, both cash and card payments.

Ensure that the reception area is well maintain, neat and clean.

Arabic & English Speaking preferred.

Must have 2 to 3 years experience in relative field.

Must be proficient in using MS Office Application.
