Job Title: Administrative Assistant / ReceptionistJob Summary

The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is responsible for providing front-desk support and general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office documentation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic documents
  • Assist with office supplies ordering and inventory management

Office Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Handle basic inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors
  • Support management and team members with administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
