Full job description

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area and greet visitors professionally.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with administrative tasks.

Maintain office records and provide general administrative support to departments.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Previous experience in a receptionist is preferred.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
