Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients professionally and manage bookings, check-ins, and client flow (Fresha experience preferred)
- Handle incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries promptly and accurately
- Coordinate walk-ins, waiting list, and barber schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Support daily operations by managing appointment confirmations, reminders, and rebooking
- Process payments (cash/card), issue receipts/invoices, and ensure accurate transaction records
- Promote services, packages, and memberships; encourage rebooking, referrals, and reviews
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and support basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven reception/front desk experience (salon or hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Male applicants preferred (gents salon environment)
- Preferably with a Freelance Visa / Own Visa
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
Salary & Package
