Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients professionally and manage bookings, check-ins, and client flow (Fresha experience preferred)
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate walk-ins, waiting list, and barber schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Support daily operations by managing appointment confirmations, reminders, and rebooking
  • Process payments (cash/card), issue receipts/invoices, and ensure accurate transaction records
  • Promote services, packages, and memberships; encourage rebooking, referrals, and reviews
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and support basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven reception/front desk experience (salon or hospitality experience preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional appearance, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure during peak hours
  • Male applicants preferred (gents salon environment)
  • Preferably with a Freelance Visa / Own Visa
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours

Salary & Package
