We are looking for a reliable, organized and friendly Receptionist/ Administrative assistant to join our team!
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors. This person answers phones, directs inquiries, schedules appointments, and supports daily office operations for the roofing team
Responsibilities-
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Type Bid Proposals
- Process Warranties
- Scheduling estimates, inspections, and Job coordination
- Maintain customer records and job files
- file permits with local building department
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, mail, supply ordering, and general clerical support
- Sign for and manage incoming packages and deliveries
- Assist with filing paperwork and general office organization
- Support staff with occasional administrative tasks as needed
- Manage unemployment filings
- Assist with Safety program
Requirements-
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer and phone system knowledge
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
- Punctual and dependable
- A good candidate usually has strong customer service skills, clear verbal communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a busy office. Construction or roofing experience is helpful but not always required
