Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support across the organization
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic office coordination tasks
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks such as invoicing, receipts, or data entry
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and office activities
  • Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and effectively
  • Support efforts to streamline office operations and improve efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and efficiency
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and office systems)
  • Flexibility to work shifts as needed
