Responsibilities:

• Answering calls on a multi-line phone system and transferring them to the appropriate department.
• Entering call data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prioritizing tasks and delegating when appropriate.
• Working well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
