Receptionist *Bilingual Spanish/English Required*
Access Care Partners
Full-Time | 35 hours/week
$18–$21 per hour
Monday–Friday | 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM

What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Greet visitors warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Answer and route calls promptly and professionally
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and assist guests as needed
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Provide support to multiple programs (filing, data entry, materials prep)
- Assist with Personal Care Management (PCM) tasks, including mailings and documentation
- Maintain organized supplies, forms, and office materials
- Support general office operations and team needs
Mail & Office Operations (Key Responsibility)
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily
- Distribute faxes and manage mailroom supplies
- At 5:15 PM each day, deliver outgoing mail to the post office (required responsibility)
- Maintain postage machine and related supplies
Office Environment
- Keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Help train backup reception staff as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy office setting
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt in a changing environment
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle during work hours
- Ability to pass background checks (CORI, SORI, etc.)
