As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will have the opportunity to utilize your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities to contribute to our success. Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
– Transcribe notes and dictations as needed
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Assist with project coordination and event planning as required
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry

Experience:
– Bilingual (English / Spanish)
– Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred
– Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
– Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
– Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
