Full job description

Candidate must have excellent customer service in person and on the telephone and a good team player. Job consists of:

– answering telephone and assist customers with questions

– scheduling and moving appointments

– working with dispatcher on schedule and follow up work with parts ordered

– must be able to handle frequent schedule changes due to client emergencies

Pay scale is based on experience. Must be willing to learn and understand the HVAC industry. Hours 7:30am – 4pm or 8:00 am – 4:30pm

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
