Full job description
As Receptionist, you’ll manage the front desk, greet guests with a smile, and provide support to both residents and staff. You’ll help with phone calls, scheduling, and light administrative tasks, all while creating a welcoming and organized environment.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call
- Take and deliver messages
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have at least 2 years clerical experience
- Computer and software skills
- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have great organizational skills
- Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills
