Position Overview

The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience. This individual manages front desk operations, assists customers in person and by phone, and supports multiple departments within the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Assist with administrative duties including data entry and filing
  • Support sales and service departments as needed
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Uphold dealership standards for professionalism and customer service
