Position Overview
The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience. This individual manages front desk operations, assists customers in person and by phone, and supports multiple departments within the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Assist with administrative duties including data entry and filing
- Support sales and service departments as needed
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Uphold dealership standards for professionalism and customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
